I purchased this device for facial rejuvination and so far, I believe my skin is benefiting from the therapy. I missed two weeks due to vacation, but was diligent with daily use for the first two weeks after I received the item and plan to start back up the routine.
Pros: Appears to have cleared up some acne as well as reduce some fine lines around my eyes and forehead although I've only been able to use it for two weeks thus far. Device seems well made and arrived quickly. My sister also remarked that my skin looked better than she had remembered and I hadn't seen her for months.
Cons: It was a bit difficult to find a comfortable position to sit for the reqiured time to complete each session. I found the best method was perching the unit on a toss pillow and tilting it towards my face which helped me from leaning in for the entire time. It would be nice if the device had some adjustments to tilt it forward/back some.

Cons: The stand is awkward and difficult. It is cheaply made. It's uncomfortable to sit for 17 minutes while it's on a table or desk, so I prefer to hold it while I lean back in my chair. But it falls apart! Therefore I don't use it every day as they recommend.
